💼 About This Role

You'll run the day-to-day operations of a human tissue biobank, ensuring chain-of-custody integrity and analytical QC for irreplaceable donor samples. You'll supervise a Biobanking Specialist, execute QC assays, and maintain compliance with quality systems. This role is critical to preventing permanent data loss from broken cold chains or documentation gaps.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee end-to-end processing of human biological samples from receipt through cryopreservation
• Maintain chain-of-custody records in LIMS/ELN
• Execute QC assays (flow cytometry, viability, cytokine assays) on banked material
• Coordinate logistics and cold-chain integrity for clinical sample shipments

📋 Requirements

• MS or PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, or related field (or BS with 5+ years industry experience)
• Hands-on experience with human primary cell or tissue processing in GMP or biobanking environment
• Practical experience with cell-based analytical assays (flow cytometry, viability, cytokine assays)
• Experience working within SOP-driven lab systems
