🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and scale People Ops programs like onboarding and performance cycles.
• Own benefits strategy and manage vendor partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end execution of performance cycles.
• Serve as Tier 2 escalation for complex employee inquiries.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles.
• Strong expertise in benefits administration and vendor management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional programs like performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to design and improve scalable processes and systems.
