In this senior leadership role, you'll serve as a strategic counselor for a major global pharmaceutical client, leading corporate brand communications, reputation campaigns, and health equity initiatives. You'll help build a trusted corporate brand through action-driven programs and credible storytelling, ensuring purpose translates into measurable impact.

Requirements

• Deep experience helping large pharmaceutical companies build trusted corporate brands.
• Experience translating health equity and social impact commitments into credible, measurable action.
• Understanding of how reputation, purpose, and access intersect and activate through communications and partnerships.
• Ability to operate as both strategic counselor and campaign leader at global scale.
• Strong people management and client leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior strategic counselor for corporate brand, reputation, health equity, and social impact workstreams.
• Co-lead complex, high-profile account ensuring strategic cohesion across integrated programs.
• Lead large-scale corporate brand and reputation campaigns including earned media, creative storytelling, and partnerships.
• Provide counsel on corporate positioning, purpose activation, issues preparedness, and reputational risk.
• Drive business development through new business pitches and organic growth opportunities.
