💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's rental facility in Trotwood, OH to perform maintenance and repair on heavy equipment using advanced diagnostic tools. You'll help build the future of construction by keeping customer and company machinery running. You'll work on the newest fleet in the industry with year-round OEM training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed.
• Assist in training lower level technicians as needed.

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with understanding of schematics and diagrams.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred.
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements preferred.
