💼 About This Role

You'll join Samsara's Deal Support team to build and implement a quality program ensuring accuracy and efficiency across deal lifecycle processes. You'll analyze data to drive continuous improvement and mitigate risk while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit deal-related interactions and workflows across internal systems
• Design coaching framework for managers to deliver impactful feedback
• Analyze quality data in Excel/Sheets to derive actionable insights
• Support quality program through targeted auditing and monitoring
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Ops, and Systems teams on process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in quality assurance, process improvement, or operations
• At least 2 years directly executing quality programs
• Proficiency in designing QA rubrics or scorecards for audits
• Strong analytical skills with root cause analysis and data storytelling

✨ Nice to Have

• Industry-standard quality certifications (COPC, Six Sigma, ASQ)
• Experience incorporating stakeholder feedback (CSAT surveys) into quality improvement
• Experience with Salesforce or sales deal lifecycle
