You'll lead the end-to-end delivery of real-world data and analytics solutions for life sciences customers at a health data platform company. You'll serve as the trusted advisor to senior pharma stakeholders, translating ambiguous research questions into executable plans. This role combines scientific depth with commercial strategy in a fast-growing startup.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead project scoping and delivery across multiple concurrent client engagements
- Own all client-facing workstreams including calls and escalations
- Drive internal cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments
- Build and refine standardized delivery frameworks and SOPs
๐ Requirements
- 6-8 years of client-facing experience in biopharma consulting or real-world data analytics
- Proven ability to independently lead complex multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong scientific foundation in life sciences or public health
- Fluency operating across both technical and non-technical audiences
