  • Lead project scoping and delivery across multiple concurrent client engagements
  • Own all client-facing workstreams including calls and escalations
  • Drive internal cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments
  • Build and refine standardized delivery frameworks and SOPs

  • 6-8 years of client-facing experience in biopharma consulting or real-world data analytics
  • Proven ability to independently lead complex multi-stakeholder projects
  • Strong scientific foundation in life sciences or public health
  • Fluency operating across both technical and non-technical audiences
