💼 About This Role

You'll lead strategic communications for the Joint Operatorial Medicine Information Systems (JOMIS) within the Defense Health Agency. Your work will directly shape executive-level briefings and drive transformational change across a federal health program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create executive briefing materials and talking points for senior leaders.
• Coordinate review discussions with government stakeholders on briefings.
• Manage day-to-day activities of a 2+ person Strategic Communications team.
• Develop cohesive narratives and present them to senior stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 7 years of Strategy or Communications experience with Federal Government (DoD preferred).
• 3 years of people management experience.
• Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint for creating narrative slides.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain CAC.

✨ Nice to Have

• Educational background in strategy, business management, or communications.
• Advanced degree (MBA) a plus.
• Prior experience with DHMS, DHA, or similar federal programs.
