• Own and drive excellence of the Salesforce engineering team

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of overall engineering experience
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Deep understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
• 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams in Agile

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce CPQ, Manufacturing, Service, Data Cloud experience
• Active Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Application Architect)
