You'll lead design for AI-powered product experiences like Survey Creator and Dynamic Questions at Sprig, the AI-native successor to legacy survey tools. You'll shape intelligent workflows that feel intuitive and trustworthy, impacting how teams like Notion and Figma gather insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design for AI-powered survey generation and analysis features
• Design interfaces for adaptive follow-up questions and open-text analysis
• Run customer interviews and usability tests to validate concepts
• Contribute to Sprig's design system with AI-specific patterns

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience at SaaS or data-rich software companies
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and UX simplification
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
• Experience designing intelligent systems or AI/ML-powered tools
