Description

You will lead market penetration and build relationships with referral sources to connect patients with life-saving mental health treatment. You'll develop go-to-market strategies, manage community partnerships, and represent Charlie Health through meetings and events.

Requirements

• Based in Syracuse, NY
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years of sales experience with overachieving KPIs a plus
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources
• Lead field meetings with patients, parents, and providers to cement partnerships
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
