Description

You will serve as the operational engine of our Global Total Rewards team, providing cross-functional support across Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS for 1,200+ global employees. You'll act as the first responder for employee inquiries, support open enrollment and 401k audits, assist with market data surveys, and ensure data integrity in HRIS.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations or Benefits administration
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob a plus)
  • Basic understanding of US benefits compliance (ERISA, HIPAA)
  • Customer-first mindset with discretion handling sensitive data

Responsibilities

  • Act as first responder for global employee inquiries on benefits
  • Support US Open Enrollment and 401k audit cycles
  • Assist with market data surveys (Radford/Mercer)
  • Maintain job architecture within HRIS
  • Audit data flows and ensure global people record accuracy
