You'll act as a business partner to senior sales leaders, analyzing data and providing insights to drive revenue growth at a high-growth B2B SaaS company. You'll build process improvements and leverage HubSpot to ensure efficient sales performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Establish and refine customer lifecycle management processes.
  • Build and optimize workflows for renewal tracking.
  • Analyze forecasting data and make proactive recommendations.
  • Build reports and dashboards for AEs and Sales Leadership.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven expertise in CRM management (preferably HubSpot).
  • High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP).
  • Experience handling process changes with change management.
