Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related IT field
• 5+ years Project Management experience (8-10 preferred)
• Experience with Agile methodology (scrum and kanban)
• Demonstrated ability to manage 2+ projects simultaneously
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence)

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute initiatives, documenting milestones and schedule
• Communicate status, updates, issues, and risks to stakeholders
• Manage issues/risks register and drive resolution actions
• Remove roadblocks and enable Agile ceremonies for teams
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and support project governance
