🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and manage pipeline of real estate transactions
• Negotiate and execute multi-unit portfolio or individual deals
• Collaborate cross-functionally on site selection and design planning
• Prepare deal books and present recommendations to Investment Committee

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years of related experience with 5 years in commercial real estate
• Negotiation and site selection experience
• Financial modeling and underwriting skills
• CRM pipeline management experience
