You'll lead daily store operations as Manager on Duty at a premium kitchenware retailer, supporting the General Manager in achieving sales goals. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the sales floor and oversee daily operations as Manager on Duty.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to team members.
• Ensure merchandise stock levels and visual merchandising standards.
• Complete inventory transactions including receiving and MOS.

📋 Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1 year of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
