πΌ About This Role
You'll serve as a subject matter expert for Workday, optimizing talent calibration processes and enabling the career hub. You'll partner with HR and IT to deploy scalable solutions that enhance performance management and Core HCM.
π― What You'll Do
- Configure Workday business processes, security roles, and calculated fields
- Lead HRIS initiatives including enhancements and new functionality rollouts
- Manage end-to-end Workday releases and EIBs
- Partner with HR teams to define system roadmaps and prioritize enhancements
π Requirements
- 5+ years of Workday experience with Talent Performance and Core HCM
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and design scalable Workday solutions
- Deep understanding of Workday architecture including business objects and integrations
- 7+ years total HR systems experience with project management methodologies

- Experience with compliance frameworks like GDPR and SOX
- Familiarity with global HR processes and data governance standards
- Experience leading projects from concept to deployment with vendor coordination
