📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of civil tax controversy experience
• Juris Doctor from ABA accredited law school
• Bar admission in jurisdiction of office location
• Ability to analyze complex tax topics and deliver timely work product

• LL.M. in Taxation
• Litigation experience before U.S. Tax Court or other federal courts
