💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage cashiering duties at the Butte, MT branch. You'll ensure accurate processing of financial transactions while providing outstanding client service. This role offers a chance to join an employee-owned firm with a strong community focus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process stock certificates and check deposits with high accuracy.
• Issue and mail client checks.
• Manage incoming calls and provide information.
• Assist with branch events like holiday parties.

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma, GED or comparable work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accurate math skills.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.

• Post-secondary education preferred.
• Prior industry experience a plus.
