💼 About This Role

You'll own the SDK strategy and roadmap for Vonage's Verify product, shaping mobile operator authentication and identity verification. Your work will drive innovation that protects millions of users worldwide in the $10B+ CPaaS market. You'll partner with engineering, security, and carrier relations to enhance APIs for evolving security needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own SDK strategy and roadmap for Verify
• Lead mobile app definition and delivery for verification services
• Drive roadmap for Silent Auth, SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS, Email OTP, and carrier APIs
• Gather requirements and conduct user research on CIAM and carrier identity trends

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years in product management, solutions, or technical consulting
• Bachelor’s in Engineering/CS or related field
• Hands-on with SDKs, developer tools, mobile apps, and authentication technologies
• Strong technical foundation in SDKs, APIs, mobile apps, and identity/authentication flows

✨ Nice to Have

• Telecom/carrier experience
• Mobile auth protocols (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML)
• AI/ML in fraud detection
