You'll build and lead a team of Delivery Solution Architects, partnering with Sales and Field Engineering to drive customer adoption of Databricks' data and AI platform. Your core impact is shaping post-sales delivery strategy for major customers in Southern Europe, Israel, Middle-East, and Africa. This hybrid role combines commercial skills with technical expertise across all Databricks products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, coach, and support a diverse team of Delivery Solution Architects
• Assign accounts and distribute work for optimal customer coverage
• Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, and FDE teams to accelerate customer growth
• Lead team activities to monitor customer progress and forecast growth

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience leading a team of pre or post-sale consultants/solution architects
• Experience in Cloud, Data, AI domains
• Fluent in Italian and English
