🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain Workday data for hires, mobility, and positions.
• Respond to employee inquiries ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support global onboarding for executives and acquisitions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration on large-scale workstreams.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of HR or People Operations experience through scaling.
• Proficiency with Workday and advanced spreadsheet analysis (apps scripts).
• Ability to deconstruct business processes to core components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
