🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop high customer experience standards and engagement through sales training.
• Manage cash reconciliation, deposits, and check-in/camera department.
• Collaborate with cross-divisional managers on staffing and payroll goals.
• Implement operational policies, SOPs, and training for retail staff.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail training, quality, or customer service.
• Minimum 4 years retail experience including front end and/or inventory.
• Proficiency in Google or Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.
