💼 About This Role

You'll lead a field crew of 4+ technicians troubleshooting and repairing utility-scale solar systems on large solar farms. Your core impact is ensuring safe, on-schedule maintenance of ground-mount PV equipment. This role offers hands-on leadership in the growing renewable energy sector.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair utility-scale solar systems including inverters and combiner boxes
• Perform LOTO, IV curve tracing, megger/insulation testing, and IR scans
• Lead and direct 4+ field technicians on active solar farm sites
• Enforce OSHA and NFPA 70E safety requirements on-site

📋 Requirements

• 4-5+ years of utility-scale solar experience
• Experience leading crews of 4+ as lead tech on-site
• Electrical troubleshooting skills on inverters and DC systems
• Working knowledge of OSHA/NFPA 70E safety standards
