Description

In this hunter-focused sales role, you'll drive new programmatic advertising revenue by identifying, pitching, and closing deals with in-house marketing teams and brands. Reporting to a Sales Director, you'll accelerate customer acquisition and expand StackAdapt's brand-direct footprint.

Requirements

  • Track record of hitting and exceeding quotas in hunter-focused sales within digital advertising, preferably programmatic.
  • Comfort selling directly to brands/in-house marketing teams using consultative, solution-based selling and strong analytical skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in fast-paced environment building new product offerings.
  • Experience developing go-to-market plans, including defining ICPs and segmentation frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including marketing executives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and close new platform sales deals with in-house marketing teams and brands, focusing on new logo acquisition within eCommerce verticals.
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategy to engage experienced industry sales professionals within target accounts.
  • Build a robust pipeline of brand-direct prospects using CRM tools, ensuring strong coverage ratios and activity benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with management, product, and solutions teams to articulate client needs and co-create industry-leading vertical offerings.
  • Translate field insights into product strategy and innovation, serving as a customer advocate.
