💼 About This Role
You'll manage a handful of customers as their primary stakeholder within Sardine, helping maximize the value of our fraud prevention platform. You'll drive customer ROI and collaborate with risk analytics teams to solve new fraud typologies. This is a remote-first opportunity with a leading fintech backed by top investors.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Be the primary point of contact for customers, managing day-to-day and strategic needs
- Translate complex product and technology problems into actionable solutions
- Monitor and communicate KPIs to clients, providing strategic analysis
- Advise on best practices related to fraud and compliance
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar within B2B SaaS
- Domain experience in compliance, fintech, or AML/KYC
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools and analytical skills
- Strong presentation skills for virtual and in-person meetings
