You'll manage a focused portfolio, conduct strategic business reviews, and visit properties on-site to optimize operations. This role combines deep hospitality expertise with a consultative approach in a dynamic market.

  • Manage a focused portfolio of large hotel customers in Thailand.
  • Build trust-based relationships with senior hotel stakeholders.
  • Drive net dollar retention through upsell and churn reduction strategies.
  • Conduct strategic business reviews and on-site property visits.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years hospitality industry experience in senior operational or commercial roles.
  • Advanced understanding of hotel operations and commercial strategy.
  • Deep experience in the Thai hospitality market.
  • Fluent Thai (native) and strong English communication skills.

  • Experience with SaaS platforms or hospitality technology.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Based in Phuket or other key Thai resort markets.
