You'll manage a focused portfolio, conduct strategic business reviews, and visit properties on-site to optimize operations. - Manage a focused portfolio of large hotel customers in Thailand.
- Build trust-based relationships with senior hotel stakeholders.
- Drive net dollar retention through upsell and churn reduction strategies.
- Conduct strategic business reviews and on-site property visits.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years hospitality industry experience in senior operational or commercial roles.
- Advanced understanding of hotel operations and commercial strategy.
- Deep experience in the Thai hospitality market.
- Fluent Thai (native) and strong English communication skills.

- Experience with SaaS platforms or hospitality technology.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Based in Phuket or other key Thai resort markets.
