• Administer health, welfare, and retirement benefits programs
• Manage leave administration and third-party vendor tracking
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA
• Prepare benefits utilization and cost reports

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of experience in benefits administration
• Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA
• Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration software

✨ Nice to Have

• UKG and Plan Source experience
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
