💼 About This Role

You'll join a premier law firm as an Associate Immigration Attorney, managing a caseload of removal defense and family-based immigration cases. You'll represent clients in Immigration Court, draft legal briefs, and collaborate with a supportive team. This role offers significant growth potential within an established firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Represent clients in Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals
• Prepare diverse immigration applications including removal defense and family-based petitions
• Conduct intakes with detained individuals at detention centers
• Meet with clients for strategic immigration consultations

📋 Requirements

• 1-4 years of Immigration Law experience
• Admitted to practice law (active bar membership)
• Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, or Citizenship cases
• Ability to manage a caseload and move cases forward
