💼 About This Role

You'll act as the operational anchor for the Myostatin Core Team at Scholar Rock, a biopharmaceutical company advancing treatments for serious diseases. You'll ensure seamless execution of late-stage development and commercialization activities, managing cross-functional workflows and governance. This role offers ownership of program mechanics and direct partnership with executive leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive Core Team meeting governance and decision documentation.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and information flow across sub-teams.
• Support bridge between Development and Commercial for launch readiness.
• Partner with Program Leader on scenario planning and risk mitigation.

📋 Requirements

• MS or BS degree in a Scientific or related field.
• 10+ years experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology drug development.
• Experience transitioning a program from Phase 3/BLA to commercial support.
• Expert proficiency in Smartsheet or MS Project.
