You'll lead a team in our warehouse in Chrášťany, managing order completion and availability. You'll directly influence on-time delivery and order completeness. This role is ideal for someone who wants to drive improvements in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates
• Monitor and improve productivity and order accuracy
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading people
• PC literacy and basic data analysis skills
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (short/long week)
• Reliability, responsibility, and drive for improvement
