• Build trust with customers through regular engagement cadences.
• Create and track customer implementation plans.
• Cultivate customer champions and grow Fieldguide knowledge.
• Advocate for customer needs internally with product and engineering.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial audit or assurance.
• 1+ years of experience in technology consulting or customer onboarding.
• Project management proficiency with multiple customers.
