🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers, identify needs, and provide consultative sales experience.
• Learn Ford vehicles, trims, technology, warranties, and competitive comparisons.
• Manage test drives, trade-in appraisals, pricing discussions, and purchase paperwork.
• Introduce financing options and coordinate with finance team to support closing.

📋 Requirements

• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable using computers, digital retail tools, and CRM systems.
• Clear communication and active listening skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bilingual in Spanish, Ukrainian, Polish, or Russian.
• Prior auto sales experience.
• Customer service background.
