💼 About This Role

You'll join Basis's Deployed Intelligence team, leading post-sale success for enterprise accounting clients. You'll own engagements from kickoff to expansion, translating business goals into intelligent agent workflows. This customer-facing role directly shapes product improvements for a rapidly scaling AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead post-sale customer engagements from kickoff to adoption.
• Run workshops and training sessions for enterprise clients.
• Translate business goals into intelligent agent workflows.
• Provide constant feedback to Engineering on product improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years at a fast-paced Enterprise SaaS or fintech startup.
• Experience onboarding and implementing complex SaaS solutions.
• Extensive experience managing enterprise relations with large accounting firms.

• Accounting experience or CPA certification.
• Background in deploying AI solutions.
