💼 About This Role

You'll help define how humans collaborate with intelligent systems in property management, shaping the technical foundation of a platform that executes workflows autonomously through AI agents. Your work will directly contribute to how trust is built between humans and machines, enabling operations to scale without added headcount and delivering a new AI-powered standard of service. You'll lead critical system rewrites, architect scalable foundations, and establish technical standards at the intersection of cutting-edge LLM technology and practical business applications.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead critical system rewrites for scalable, resilient architecture.
• Own data storage design and performance optimization.
• Build and evolve deployment pipelines for reliable releases.
• Set up cloud infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code.
• Establish engineering best practices including observability and incident response.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building production-grade software systems.
• Proven expertise in Node.js backend development.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and IaC.
• Hands-on experience with database design and performance tuning.
