💼 About This Role

You'll oversee end-to-end accounting and financial reporting for management companies in a private markets environment. Your work will digitize private markets and bring efficiency to one of the most productive corners of finance. This role offers a hybrid work model with offices in Mumbai and Bangalore.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Accounts Payable, invoice processing, and vendor payments
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash postings
• Record payroll entries and management fee income
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet)

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of management company accounting experience
• Knowledge of management fee and partnership expense structures

• Experience with private equity or venture capital fund accounting
• CPA or equivalent certification
