🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain distributed storage platforms including Ceph and NAS systems
• Monitor and maintain storage health, capacity, and cluster operations
• Troubleshoot storage performance issues across disk and network subsystems
• Support Kubernetes-integrated storage with CSI drivers and PersistentVolumes

📋 Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in infrastructure or storage operations
• Hands-on Ceph (RBD, CephFS, or RGW) production experience
• Strong Linux systems knowledge
• Experience with modern storage platforms like Weka or VAST Data

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting AI/ML or HPC workloads
• Familiarity with NVMe storage architectures and RDMA networking
• Experience integrating storage with Kubernetes
