Description

You will lead the Los Angeles office to achieve growth and outstanding results, focusing on strategy execution, business development, and brand enhancement. You'll champion our Living-Centered Design ethos, foster a diverse and inclusive culture, and drive top line revenue of $3.0M per year in net signed fees.

Requirements

• Proven track record in strategic leadership and business development
• Experience in a professional services firm, ideally architecture/design
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Ability to drive top line revenue results (personal goal of $3.0M per year)
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic business plan for the office to achieve minimum 10% year-over-year growth
• Provide leadership and guidance to Office and Market Leaders in developing new business opportunities
• Act as a leading brand ambassador in the community and marketplace
• Foster a design-focused, diverse, equitable, and inclusive office culture
• Partner with leaders to grow business volume, champion client leadership development, and mentor staff
