📋 Requirements

• Ability to work a static schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable using multiple web-based dispatch tools simultaneously.
• Strong active listening and de-escalation skills under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous customer service or call center experience.
• Experience in roadside assistance or dispatch roles.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) a plus.
