🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and improve leave of absence programs globally
• Oversee complex leave and accommodations cases
• Manage global mobility and immigration programs
• Build scalable operational processes and policies

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in People Operations, Global Mobility, or HR Operations
• Deep expertise in U.S. and global immigration programs
• Strong experience managing leave of absence programs
• Understanding of employment compliance and immigration regulations
