💼 About This Role

You'll provide outpatient therapy to children and adolescents as part of a hybrid telemedicine and in-person care model. You'll have full autonomy over your caseload with flexible scheduling and no nights or weekends.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with children and adolescents
• Develop treatment plans and monitor progress
• Collaborate with families and caregivers
• Maintain clinical documentation

📋 Requirements

• Fully licensed as LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in Indiana
• Experience with child and adolescent populations
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (telemedicine and in-person)
