Description

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will perform in-depth financial analysis of Affordable Multifamily Commercial Real Estate assets, supporting Investment Sales Advisors with data-driven insights and client-facing presentations. You will own the analysis of P&L statements and rent rolls, interpret complex regulatory agreements, and help craft the story for each deal.

Requirements

• Must have direct LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) experience
• Exceptional Excel modeling skills with VBA and complex formulas
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex Regulatory Agreements
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Own the process to breakdown and analyze P&L statements and rent rolls
• Analyze and interpret complex Regulatory Agreements
• Maintain databases tracking investment sales activity and real estate metrics
• Lead creation of complex financial analyses for client presentations
• Review industry surveys, economic and demographic trends to identify opportunities and risks
