💼 About This Role

You'll build, deploy, and operate ML systems powering drug discovery efforts at Iambic Therapeutics. You'll streamline GPU-accelerated deployment and translate models into reliable, scalable software. This hybrid role is based in Boston.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain production-grade ML workflows with CI/CD.
• Deploy GPU-accelerated ML services using cloud orchestration.
• Collaborate with ML scientists on requirements and milestones.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor on MLOps best practices.

📋 Requirements

• Engineer I: 5 years experience with Bachelor's or 3 years with Master's.
• Strong Python development skills (packaging, type hints, testing).
• Hands-on with PyTorch and ML lifecycle tooling.
• Cloud deployment experience with AWS including containerization.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in scientific domains or drug discovery.
• Experience with vLLM, Triton, ONNX Runtime.
• Familiarity with Prefect, Airflow, or Luigi.
