Description

You will lead assembly, integration, and test processes for next-generation satellites, managing engineering and technician teams to deliver spacecraft on schedule while collaborating with design, test, and supply chain teams. This role involves developing manufacturing processes, tooling, and procedures to transition from prototype to production.

Requirements

• 6+ years of manufacturing development experience
• 4+ years of management experience
• Experience managing complex interdisciplinary manufacturing processes
• Excellent SolidWorks skills for tooling and fixturing
• Hands-on experience with hardware assembly, integration, and test

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing engineering and technician staff
• Develop assembly, integration and test processes for PCBAs, subassemblies and full spacecraft
• Develop mechanical and electrical equipment and fixtures for assembly, integration and testing
• Develop production schedules in collaboration with Supply Chain
• Drive non-conformances to resolution and establish process improvements
