Description

As a Build Line Lead at Carvana, you will directly manage a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production and quality goals. You'll oversee vehicle movement, train team members, and ensure adherence to safety and performance standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Standing for extended periods with frequent stretching and reaching
• Ability to work overtime and weekends

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of Inspection Center safely
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, monthly
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team, identify areas for improvement
• Coach, develop, and manage performance of team members
• Train team on quality control standards to minimize rework
