You'll lead creator and ecosystem strategy for Airwallex's Greater China region, building brand authority through B2B-focused influencers and media partners. You'll drive partner acquisition within complex digital ecosystems like Xiaohongshu and WeChat. This role bridges global strategy with localized tactics for a high-growth fintech unicorn.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and scale B2B KOLs/KOCs across Chinese digital platforms
• Forge relationships with vertical industry media for brand awareness
• Prospect and onboard upstream/downstream ecosystem partners
• Develop and manage performance-based affiliate program

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, influencer marketing, or partner management
• Deep hands-on experience with China digital ecosystem (RedNote, Douyin, WeChat, Baidu)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million RMB budgets
• Native-level Mandarin and professional-level English
