Description

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you'll be the key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely and quality service delivery for mission-critical infrastructure. You'll manage customer relationships, coordinate work orders, and drive continuous improvement in the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3-5 years in customer service, project management, or customer success.
  • Experience in high-demand, fast-paced service environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as main point of contact for assigned accounts, handling all post-sale support.
  • Lead customer onboarding activities including kick-off meetings and work order setup.
  • Process customer contracts and ensure data accuracy in the system.
  • Resolve field action items and collaborate with finance on billing issues.
  • Audit open work orders for data consistency.
