🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage complex cargo claims from filing to resolution
• Negotiate settlements and process financial transactions
• Analyze claims trends and present findings to leadership
• Lead external meetings and drive actionable resolutions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of claims management experience
• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proficient in Google Suite and data reporting
• Experience in cargo claims in a 3PL environment preferred
