Description

You will drive quality processes and product reliability for complex compute solutions used in defense and intelligence. You'll work hands-on with engineering teams to transition products from development to manufacturing, ensuring high quality and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field
• Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality in aerospace/defense or similar hardware
• Working knowledge of design review and quality management of precision mechanical parts, sub-assemblies, PCBA, harnessing, avionics
• Willingness to travel between HQ (CA) and Ohio
• Ability to work 2nd shift (3PM-11:30PM)

Responsibilities

• Engage with product development teams to achieve quality expectations
• Drive product development activities like process development, verification, validation, and qualification
• Champion transition from NPI to sustainable manufacturing process and supply chain
• Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) and Material Review Board (MRB) activities
• Establish metrics for measuring quality and lead product health data analysis
