You'll handle user enquiries for a high-performance crypto perpetuals trading platform, resolving issues related to account management, KYC, promotions, and wallet. You'll manage escalations with internal teams and provide community support across multiple channels.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Handle account registration and KYC-related enquiries
  • Resolve promotion and event-related queries
  • Manage wallet and asset-related user issues
  • Escalate and follow up with internal stakeholders

📋 Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Prior experience in a cryptocurrency exchange
  • Experience with Zendesk, Slack, and Sumsub
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain
  • Community management or support experience
