Description
Act as a strategic advisor to MongoDB customers, guiding them on best practices and technology strategy while owning account health and revenue realization. You'll lead executive reviews, de-escalate critical issues, and collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to drive customer outcomes and growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-centric role
- 4+ years managing customer health and revenue for a portfolio of large accounts
- Strong technical aptitude and curiosity to learn database and cloud concepts
- Ability to operate autonomously and take full ownership of customer portfolio
- Bilingual English and French
Responsibilities
- Act as strategic advisor on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks with custom remediation plans
- Facilitate resolution of high-stakes challenges and identify expansion opportunities
- Build and execute account plans to mitigate risk and drive growth 3+ quarters out
- Lead in-person executive business reviews with C-suite and technical leaders
